As the search goes on to find new clean vehicles, one that is often looked past is the wind powered car. A wind powered car would have very little emissions and would take no time to charge at all, and it would require no fuel. now there may be a few benefits to this interesting vehicle but unfortunately in an urban environment there would be no room for such vehicles. despite this, they are still moderately easy to construct and could be used in developing counties as a vehicle that uses no fuel. But even in developing countries it may b hard because they don't have paved roads. So maybe the wind powered car still has a long way to go but they are still very interesting, a cool toy and fun to build. So until you can drive them on the roads we travel on try building one yourself like the one i built in the video posted, unfortunately there are no instructions but if your trying to build one make sure you make the gear ratio that drives the wheels for torque. Good luck and check my video out .
