How to get your Blog Accepted by Adsense

how to get your blog accepted by adsenseImagine waking up in the morning, logging onto your blog and looking at all the money you made while you slept. This is what most bloggers see when they think of Adsense. Problem is, it can be so difficult to get approved. On one hand Adsense is a great way to monetize your blog due to the fact that its so low maintenance once you have already been approved, however getting there is a hassle. The acceptance of a blog into into Adsense is not determined by a person, it is decided by several  rigorous algorithms that analyse your blog. This makes it difficult because you need to know what the algorithms look for if you want to be accepted. So here are some tips on the things Adsense looks at. (Mind you Adsense is convenient but may not behg the best, as talked about in how to monetize your blog.)

But before you go on, if you don't have a blog already check out how your blog can benefit your business. This will tell you exactly how a blog can expand your business.

Blog age
Adsense looks for experienced blogs that are not new. This is because over time the not so serious and non dedicated get weeded out. Though many people online get accepted before, 6 months tends to be a good blog age that will give a decent chance of approval

Blog views
If your getting lots of views then your probably doing something right. Its as simple as that. A decent amount of views tells Adsense that there is money to be made from your blog, and that you probably have some good content. A good amount of views to have its above 70 natural views daily (meaning you get these views regularly without spamming your blog name out). If you are need more views check out articles on how Linked-in, Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook can get you more views and check out why social network in general is effective for getting views

Spamming
Adsense can tell what time you get your views, from where and how often. So if you have ever posted in communities on Google all at once you would have noticed a spike, going from few views in that day to many instantaneously. Google will be able to tell this and will see it as spam because the spike in views was clearly as a result of you posting and it is assumed that all the clicks were impulses of people who wont stay on your site for long and aren't necessarily interested in the site and its content. Because Google needs to protect the paying customers, view spikes are a major flag for them.

Dedication
Post on a regular basis and often. This will increase your rank for search engine optimization which will in turn give you more natural views and will also show adsense that your serious. Daily, every other day, or once every three days is good

Content
Have good original content. The algorithm cannot actually read and comprehend what you have, however it can check for spelling. If there are many errors it would suggest to the program that you are either unkprofessional or posting gibberish. Your content must be original and yours. The algorithms can test this by comparing your content to other websites to see if you pulled it from somewhere else. Adsense can also judge your content by the time people stay on your page for so make sure its good. Links must also be active.  For more detail about this check out why it important to have creative posts.

Pages
To show that you are professional have a contact us page and an about page. The adsense program judging you will search for these. If they are not there that might be the difference between acceptance and being declines. From other sources i have also heard that you should have an adsense privacy policy page however i'm skeptical about that but whats the harm in having it

Domain
Adsense prefers you have your own domain name and  not the things4boys.blogger.com type domain. So if your serious consider linking it to your own domain without the blogspot.com. This again shows seriousness and commitment.

Paragraphs and layout

Make sure all your articles are a decent length like maybe 200 words or more. Also make sure to not have too much or too little sidebar space. You don't want to make it look like your blog is built just for adsense, but you also want them to know there will be room to post their ads. To know just how much space check out other blogs approved by adsense
